Terms & Conditions

  • Vendor submissions will be April 1, 2017 to July 14, 2017.
  • Please read the following instructions carefully.
  • ONCE THE FORM HAS BEEN SUBMITTED, THERE WILL BE A $15 CHARGE FOR ANY CHANGES. NO CHANGE WILL BE MADE UNTIL MONEY HAS BEEN RECEIVED. THIS IS A LABOR CHARGE. BE CAREFUL!
  • Cost will be:
    • 8 ft. table – $290
    • 6 ft. table – $180
    • A shared 8 ft. table (4 ft. of space) will be $145
    • There will be one card table for $145
  • Advertise in the marketing materials used to promote the 2017 King City EXPO:If you have a special request for your table please let us know during the selection:
    • Vendor Brochures – $150
      • 1,000 vendor brochures are printed and distributed at the EXPO and community churches, businesses and senior centers.

    • Flyers – $150
      • 5,000 flyers are printed to be distributed in the Regal Courier announcing the 2017 King City EXPO.  The flyer is delivered to the homes in Summerfield and King City.

Setup: 9:00 am
